Problem: I don't have a username and password, how can I get one?

Problem: The Creative Library won't let me log-in.

Answer: Please check the following common mistakes:

1. You are using the correct username and password.
2. You are entering it in the correct case.
3. No-one else is using your password.

Problem: I can't get into the library, I log in but it takes me immediately back to the login page.

Answer: This problem occurs when your computer is set to have session cookies disabled. The following steps should fix the problem and allow you to access the library.

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click on Tools > Internet Options...
3. Select the Privacy tab
4. Click on the Advanced... button
5. Check the box labelled "Override automatic cookie handling"
6. Set First-party Cookies and Third-party Cookies to "Block"
7. Check the box labelled "Always allow session cookies"
8. Click OK, then click OK again
9. Now return to the login page and log in as normal
