Overview

Images should be sent with completed forms to Neuxpower, who do a weekly upload of images to the Creative Library. Any queries regarding images you would like to send in, or have sent in previously should be sent to admin@hiltoncreativelibrary.com.

Uploads happen every monday, so you will not usually have to wait more than a week from time of receipt for images to become available online.

Important: Please note that any images submitted WITHOUT the Image Submission Form AND Photography Release Form will not be included in the library.

Image Specifications

CD-ROMs can be accepted in either Windows or Mac format. Please provide the highest resolution images you can.

We accept the following image formats:

  • TIFF (preferred)
  • JPEG
  • BMP
Ideally, source materials should be RGB format printable up to A4 size at 300dpi, which translates to a size of roughly 3500x2500 pixels. Images of less than 1000 pixels square will not be accepted into the Creative Library.
Please note: CD's of images will not be returned so please send duplicates.

Maps & Logos

Maps and Logos should be submitted as vector .eps or .ai (Adobe Illustrator) format. Rasterised graphics will need to be redrawn at additional cost before they can be added to the library.

Before submission please download the forms below and follow the instructions contained within.

Download the templates by right-clicking on the icon above and selecting "Save Target As..." or "Save Link As..." (depending on your browser) from the menu.
